Segulot Tehilim
(סְגֻלּוֹת תְּהִלִּים)
The following compilation of Psalms, organized under the tradition of Shimmush Tehillim, offers a guide for integrating spirituality into daily challenges outside the established liturgical services (Shacharit, Mincha, and Arvit). It is essential to understand that these verses should not be recited as magical formulas, mechanical mantras, or for superstitious purposes; their true value lies in their ability to act as a mirror of the spirit (NaRaN). By reciting them, the goal is to reflect deeply on the matter at hand, using the poetry of David to articulate our own anxieties, hopes, and gratitudes. This practice seeks to enable the individual to pray with intention, facing life’s various vicissitudes from a mature and spiritually strengthened perspective, with the intent of transforming every situation through wise and holy actions.
